About AQIA

AQIA wasn’t built in a boardroom.

It was built in the reality of aviation operations.

Between delayed flights, urgent sourcing requests, and late-night emails, our team learned what aviation support really demands: people who keep their word and show up when pressure rises.

That experience shaped our culture. We trust our people, stay close to our partners, and treat every request with urgency, honesty, and care.

Our Story

AQIA started with a simple idea: aerospace supply shouldn’t be this complicated.

Two friends. Two cities. Miami and São Paulo.
Both working inside aviation supply and seeing the same thing: slow systems, endless emails, and too many suppliers who disappeared when things became urgent.

So they built AQIA differently — closer to the runway, faster to respond, and focused on a small circle of partners they could truly support when urgency matters most.
